KOGA: combines the cardio and strength training workout of kickboxing with the balance and stretching of Hatha Yoga.
MONDAYS at 12:15pm (45 mins)
Intermediate/Advanced: Advanced techniques and sparring are practiced. Equipment is required.
TUESDAYS at 4:30pm
Mixed Level &
Cardio Kickboxing
Mixed Level: This class offers a combination of technique and intense cardio/strength training.
WEDNESDAYS at 5:15pm
Cardio Kickboxing: This class combines cardio, strength training and flexibility. A great overall workout using heavy bags, boxing mitts and Maui Thai pads. A real calorie burner!
THURSDAYS at 5:15pm
